This issue is related to the begining of schools and universities and teacher training, as well as it includes the pioneers of bibliographic-pedagogical studies (Rufino Blanco and Sánchez). There have been made reflections about some educational and didactic values of “Don Quixote” and about educational rationality. Besides, it containes topics related to rendering, social class, intelligence variables, social and profesional pedagogical education, issues related to educational orientation, evaluation of teacher behaviour at universities, inspection duties, the integrative concept of dyslexia, diagnostic evaluation for the instructional design in natural sciences, and about some methodological trends in educational research. Some of the research that have been carried about are: teaching problems of teacher in training, and about the theories used by teachers that are implied in the integration process of children with dissabilities in Spanish Basic General Education.
