Cambio educativo y desarrollo profesional

En este artículo el autor trata de demostrar que el cambio educativo y el desarrollo profesional no sólo no son dos cuestiones independientes, sino que son una única y misma cosa. Partiendo de la participación de tres profesores en un proyecto de enseñanza a "grupos de alumnos heterogéneos" muestra estrecha relación que existe entre las dos variables citadas, a pesar de ser muy frecuente aún su análisis por separado.Downloads
