Estereotipos de género: convención, normalidad, justicia

¿Varía con la edad la adhesión a los estereotipos de género? ¿Qué marcos interpretativos se activan en la comprensión de los roles que la sociedad prescribe como masculinos y femeninos? Las respuestas de 60 estudiantes, de entre 11 y 17 años, a dos dilemas permiten apreciar que las diferencias interindividuales en los modos de entender los roles sexuales se asocian tanto con la edad como con el contexto en que se presentan. Los programas de co-educación harían bien en sustentarse en el papel activo de la persona en el procesamiento de los influjos sociales.
