El equipo docente como modelo de autoformación

En este trabajo se pretende estudiar los procesos de formación del profesorado desde la autoformación que supone el trabajo y la convivencia diaria en un centro. Para ello, nos apoyamos, en la última parte del trabajo, en la reflexión en torno a una experiencia llevada a cabo en un centro de secundaria de la Provincia de Málaga. Previamente se hace una revisión teórica del estado de la cuestión donde se analizan las condiciones institucionales de la escuela y la forma como condiciona la actuación profesional de los docentes.
