Gestionar no es liderar: reflexiones sobre el concepto de liderazgo y sus repercusiones en una gestión democrática de los centros

Aun reconociendo los logros alcanzados, es necesario poner de relieve que aún nos queda camino y tiempo para que en los centros educativos podamos hablar con toda normalidad de procesos de gestión democrática y liderazgo. La imposibilidad de zafarse del asfixiante peso de un intervencionismo burocrático ha hecho de la gestión una tarea escasamente atractiva en la que poco o nada ha podido atisbarse en torno a la presencia de un auténtico ejercicio de liderazgo educativo y democrático.
