Cheking List

To facilitate the evaluation process of the manuscript and to speed up the report of its possible publication, a final self-review of the submission process is advised. If the manuscript does not comply with any of these issues, it will be automatically rejected by the Editorial Board until it complies with the journal's publication guidelines.

REGISTRATION

1. All the identification data of the persons responsible for the authorship are included in the order stipulated in the regulations: identification and correspondence data, professional affiliations, etc.
2. The academic degree of doctor, if officially held (accreditation may be requested), as well as the professional category, is indicated.
3. The names and surnames of the persons who share authorship have been scientifically standardised. Each of them is identified with their ORCID code.

MANUSCRIPT

4. The manuscript is in anonymised Microsoft Word format, with no possibility of identifying authorship in the text, in the metadata or in the document properties.
5. The title of the manuscript is included in Spanish (maximum: 12 words).
6. Manuscript title in English (maximum: 12 words).
7. The two versions of the manuscript title are concise, informative and include as many identifying terms as possible.
8. The abstract should be in Spanish, in a single paragraph and without headings (minimum/maximum: 200/230 words).
9. An abstract in English is included, in a single paragraph and without headings (minimum/maximum: 180/210 words).
10.Abstracts in English and Spanish follow the IMRD format.
11. 8 keywords (in English and Spanish) from the UNESCO Thesaurus are included.
12. The English texts (title, abstract and keywords) have been written and/or revised by a person competent in the use of the English language with expert command of it within the field of knowledge on which the research is focused.
13. The work respects the minimum and maximum allowed length of words of text according to the type of article (including references).
14. The manuscript complies with the structure required by the standards.
15. The manuscript explains and correctly cites the sources and materials used.
16. The methodology described for the research work is clear and concise, allowing it to be replicated, if necessary, by other experts. The conclusions are supported by the results obtained.
17. If statistical analyses have been used, they have been reviewed/checked by an expert.
18. Citations in the text strictly conform to APA guidelines, as reflected in the instructions.
19. Final references have been rigorously checked and only those that have been cited in the text are included.
20. The number of references is around 40-45.
21. The DOI has been included in all the references with the following format: https://doi.org/XXXXXX
22. All web addresses of references have been shortened with https://bitly.com/.
23. If figures and tables are included, they provide additional information not repeated in the text. Their graphic quality has been checked and they are presented in accordance with the APA format indicated in the standards.
24. If applicable, the financial support and/or financial support is declared.

FORMAL ASPECTS

25. The rules on the use of bold, capital letters, italics and underlining have been strictly respected.
26. The headings have been numbered appropriately and hierarchically in Arabic numerals.
27. Automatic enumerations have been removed from all headings (they are inserted manually).
28. The rules of academic Spanish according to the Libro de estilo de la lengua española in accordance with the pan-Hispanic standard have been respected.
29. The work has been finally supervised by external staff to ensure grammar and style.

ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

30. The manuscript is original and is not under review in any other publication.
31. There is no conflict of interest or ethical responsibilities underlying the submission of the manuscript.
32. All information contained in the manuscripts has the necessary permissions for publication, especially materials from other publications and those relating to individuals.
33. All persons sharing authorship are responsible for their authorship.
34. All persons responsible for authorship respect the code of conduct and good practice of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
