Redes Sociales y Competencias Digitales en la Gestión de Felicidad de Emprendedores Tecnológicos

Resumen

La felicidad es aquella percepción que los individuos desarrollan como parte del sentido que se tiene del bienestar ante los acontecimientos que se experimentan en la vida. En el documento se aborda el tema de gestión de felicidad en los emprendedores y en universitarios recién egresados, así como la satisfacción de vida que los jóvenes emprendedores en áreas tecnológicas logran al dedicar su tiempo y esfuerzo a la formación de un nuevo negocio o emprendimiento. En esta investigación se hace un análisis cuantitativo del fenómeno de felicidad desde el uso de redes sociales y la adecuación de las competencias digitales para analizar mediante un modelo de regresión aplicado a emprendedores y recién egresados el grado de incidencia entre estas variables. Se concluye que las competencias digitales influyen en la felicidad, pero las redes sociales tienen un papel más discreto, esto confirma los estudios revisados en donde se establece que existe una dualidad entre felicidad y angustia provocada por el uso irrestricto de redes sociales lo que hace necesaria una gestión adecuada de la felicidad en emprendedores tecnológicos.
