La investigación acción participativa: una estrategia de formación para transformar la realidad en un centro de reforma juvenil

Este trabajo muestra el proceso formativo desencadenado en un grupo de trabajadores de un Centro de Reforma de Menores a partir de su participación en una investigación Acción Participativa, que ha supuesto un espacio de reflexión cooperativa, discusión, indagación, descubrimiento y formación de los participantes para transformar los contextos. Todo ello a partir de un proceso de deconstrucción del pasado para construir el futuro, para aprender a promover cambios en las prácticas individuales, en las experiencias, emociones y creencias de los profesionales. Han aprendido, así, a trabajar en equipo buscando soluciones complejas a través de procedimientos participativos para dar una mejor y más justa respuesta a los muchachos, que nos demandan nuevos aprendizajes con los que transformar sus vidas.Downloads
