Communicate in times of pandemic, beyond Covid-19
Abstract
In Scopes. International Journal of Communication we have made the firm intention of generating interdisciplinary debates on communication without forgetting the moment we live in. For this reason, we propose to address challenges as transversal as the health emergency from different approaches and, to this end, in this issue we have research on the transformations in communication and sociability habits through the increase in the use of socio-digital networks as well as on media production routines and false information in times of Covid-19.
This issue also addresses politics and institutional communication, with special interest in Brazil, and the impact that the pandemic has had in areas as relevant to society as the third sector and education.
