This journal provides immediate free access to its content in order to offer the results of the research carried out in defense of a greater and better global kwnoledge exchange. There are no charges to authors for submitting articles, nor for the processing they require for the control of scientific quality.

The digital content, in its publisher version, is hosted in repositories with free and unrestricted access, with no embargo or 'moving wall' period, and are licensed under the creative commons 4.0 international licence (non-commercial acknowledgement without derivative works).
