Ideas previas en óptica geométrica: un estudio descriptivo

La necesidad de disponer de datos suficientemente extensos y validados sobre las ideas que poseen los alumnos acerca de los conceptos básicos de la Ciencia, como un primer paso para contrastar la bondad del modelo constructivista, nos ha llevado a presentar los resultados obtenidos para el tópico de Óptica Geométrica en dos niveles educativos: EGB y Formación del Profesorado de EGB. Dichos datos proceden de la aplicación de un pretest grupal confeccionado al efecto y nos han permitido estructurar las concepciones de ambas muestras de alumnos, tanto por separado como comparativamente. Finalmente se aportan algunas consideraciones sobre las contribuciones de este estudio dentro de la literatura especializada.
