Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior: una oportunidad de cambio para la Enseñanza en la Universidad

El artículo presenta una reflexión documentada sobre la naturaleza de los cambios necesarios para convertir el reto de la construcción de un Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior en una oportunidad única para la innovación de los modelos de enseñanza y aprendizaje en la Universidad. Partiendo de una breve reseña sobre los cambios culturales que aporta la globalización económica y la tecnología de la información, se hace un estudio de los principales hitos institucionales acontecidos desde la declaración de Bolonia y se analiza el sentido y la finalidad de los cambios que esperamos. Finalmente se estudia en detalle el significado psicológico del “aprender a aprender”. Un principio que no puede ser más un eslogan, sino el basamento del cambio innovador.Downloads
