This article tries to emphasize the role of women in the performing arts. We highlight the works of Shelagh Delaney (1939-2011); British playwright from the 1950s. Our goal is to rescue her works lost in the past; his first theatrical creation A Taste of Honey at the Theater Royal Stratford East, London, on May 27, 1958. In conclusion, the play that was probably the most performed in the post-war era (Dennis Barker).Downloads
