Authors must register with the journal before submitting a text or, if they are already registered, they can simply log in and start the four-step submission process: (1) enter the submission data, (2) upload the document in editable format (in Word and PDF), (3) enter the metadata of the article, (4) confirm your submission (more information at Guidelines for authors).
