Cambio en la práctica de los profesores: Una experiencia usando procesos reflexivos

La preparación de profesores con experiencia para introducir un nuevo curriculum o para usar nuevos materiales de enseñanza involucra un cambio en sus prácticas. Esto puede ser obtenido a través de un proceso de aprendizaje en el cual se crea un nuevo sistema conceptual. Este artículo presenta un proceso de entrenamiento para profesores basado en la idea del "alternativismo constructivo" de Kelly, en la cual se hace énfasis en los procesos reflexivos como una manera de promover el cambio conceptual. Los resultados preliminares resaltan la importancia de los modelos teóricos existentes en los materiales curriculares y la dificultad de cambiar las prácticas de los profesores sin apoyo durante sus actividades en el aula.
