Estudio de los alimentos: Plan de actuación basado en una secuencia constructivista del aprendizaje

Este artículo analiza las ideas de los alumnos de diferentes niveles educativos (EGB, BUP y Magisterio), sobre los alimentos. Asimismo, propone un plan de actuación en el aula, para niveles de enseñanza secundaria, que se fundamenta en planteamientos constructivistas.
