In accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 and the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), we hereby inform you that the personal data provided through the website of this magazine will be treated confidentially and exclusively for the purposes established in the magazine itself and will not be provided to third parties or used for other purposes, unless required by the competent authority. In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to access them and your data will remain in the database until you express your wish to cancel, limit, rectify or oppose them. Finally, we inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data by sending an email to revistacommuniars@us.es


The University of Seville, as responsible, protects personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law on Data Protection and the Regulations on Security Measures. Information on the protection of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy. In the event that personal information about different individuals is included in the database, they must be informed of the details contained in the Privacy Policy before it is included.

The person in charge may store and use the IP addresses of the user of this website in order to analyse the traffic and monitor the use of the website itself. Likewise, the person responsible may use web analysis services (Google Analytics or similar tools) to help analyse the use of the website.

The user will guarantee that the personal information provided is true and will be responsible for communicating any changes to it. Communiars. Journal of Image, Arts and Social and Critical Education does not guarantee or accept responsibility for:

  • The availability, continuity, as well as the invulnerability of the website and/or the security measures adopted.
  • The contents, information or images that do not depend on the website, nor are managed by Communiars. Journal of Image, Arts and Social and Critical Education.
  • The absence of viruses and harmful components in the website or in the server that supplies it.
  • The damages produced or that could be produced in the future, nor of the technical defects, whatever their nature, that are derived from the use of the information and the materials contained in the web page. If these damages derive from the failure to comply with the rules of Communiars. Journal of Image, Arts and Social and Critical Education or by the violation of the security system of the same, the user who causes these damages must compensate and hold  harmless to Communiars.
