En este artículo, los autores analizan los aspectos beneficiosos de Internet. Desde una perspectiva positiva, la red es vista como una herramienta liberalizadora que posibilita una información menos intermediada, más directa y menos comercializada. Precisamente, estos aspectos son los que deben ser aprovechados por el ser humano, lo que debe venir acompañado de modificaciones en la situación de desequilibrio social que impide el acceso a las redes de los más desfavorecidos.Downloads
