Abstract

The regional conference DaF vernetzt took place in Seville from September 14 to 17, 2023, bringing together DAAD and local lecturers from Spain and Portugal. The event, held for the first time in person since 2018, focused on the challenges and opportunities in teaching German as a foreign language (DaF) in the post-pandemic landscape. Central themes included virtual learning environments, creative pedagogical methods, and fostering synergies between lecturers. Beyond the academic discussions, participants engaged with Andalusian culture.
