Since a new type of coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2 was identified in January 2020, a number of public health-related events have profoundly marked the principles of global health, social, economic and legal reality. The measures taken in our country to alleviate the effects of the pandemic have led to a high economic and social cost. These measures have been legally articulated around the declaration of the state of alarm and the publication of a series of Royal Decrees-Laws aimed at minimizing the socio-economic consequences of the pandemic.
