Hábitat y Sociedad journal verifies the originality of all the articles received. The author agrees that the document will be examined with the aim of avoiding plagiarism and thus promoting academic integrity.

Turnitin is the method that this journal uses to detect non-original content and its source. This tool allows us to detect plagiarism by checking the coincidences of a document with multiple sources of information (internet, scientific papers and with its internal database). In addition, it identifies non-original content translated from English.
