Purpose of the processing of personal data:
The data collected from registered and unregistered users of the US electronic journal portal fall within the scope of the standard operation of peer-reviewed journals. It includes information that makes communication possible during the editorial process, is used to inform readers about the authorship and editing of the content and allows to collect statistical data on the readings. Recipients:
The editorial team of the journals hosted on the US electronic journal portal uses this data to guide their editorial work. The data that helps develop this publishing platform, such as the metrics of the articles, can be shared as long as it is done anonymously. The data will not be transferred by this magazine or by the Publications Service nor will they be used for purposes other than those indicated here. The authors published in this journal are responsible for the veracity of their personal data.
Rights of the interested party in relation to the processing of their personal data: Those who participate in the edition of this magazine try to comply with industry standards on data privacy, including the provision of the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union for the protection of personal data, which includes:

The GDPR also allows the recognition of the "public interest in the availability of data", which has a special relevance for those involved in the maintenance, with the greatest possible integrity, of the public registry of academic publications. Origin and legitimation of the data:
The personal data are provided by the interested party during the registration process. The legitimation is made through the consent of the interested party. The editorial team is not responsible for the accuracy and veracity of personal data and reserves the right to rectify or delete false or incorrect data. We process the personal data you provide to us in accordance with the following legitimation:
- Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR: The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the application at the request of the data subject of pre-contractual measures.
- Article 6.1.c) GDPR: The processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller.
- Article 6.1.e) of the GDPR: The processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a mission carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred on the controller.

Data controller and Data Protection Officer:

When the processing of their personal data is based on consent, users have the right to withdraw it.
