Resumen

Augusta Dejerine-Krumpke fue la primera mujer admitida en el internado de los hospitales parisinos. Tuvo una educación cosmopolita y nació en los Estados Unidos de América. La residencia es todavía hoy una institución muy importante en la carrera hospitalaria de los médicos franceses. El trabajo más importante de su vida lo realizó con el neurólogo Jules Dejerine; un estudio sobre la anatomía del sistema nervioso.

Abstract

Augusta Dejerine-Krumpke was the first woman to be admitted to the boarding school of Parisian hospitals. He had a cosmopolitan upbringing and was born in the United States of America. The residency is still today a very important institution in the hospital career of French doctors. The most important work of his life was done with the neurologist Jules Dejerine; a study on the anatomy of the nervous system.
