Abstract

This article is developed under a teaching innovation proposal, where field trips and heritage are used to teach the subject of Visual and Audiovisual Plastic Education. This work is based on the previous investigation of outdoor education and field trips as active methodologies, in addition to the use of heritage as a didactic tool. This proposal has been made for the 3rd year of Compulsory Secondary Education at the Santa Aurelia Institute, Sevilla. Thanks to the study of its context and a tutored intervention, a proposal for a curricular itinerary has been carried out, where different cultural enclaves have been worked on that allow all the contents of the subject's curriculum to be given through the field trips themselves. In addition, an action protocol is collected that summarizes the proposed methodology, in order to be able to reproduce it in future teaching interventions.
