Abstract

The text deals with the training of Visual Arts teachers by reviewing some frameworks of the training processes in the Brazilian context from a perspective of coloniality, focusing on the processes of creation, proposing a rewriting of this history that is open to interpretation; concluding with comments on exercises proposed in contemporary training processes.
