Abstract

Inspired by a discussion of the Associazione Italiana di Germanistica (AIG) in October 2020, the linguist Marcella Costa (Turin) and the literary scholar Kai Bremer (Osnabrück) had a digital conversation about the consequences of the covid pandemic for German studies. The conversation documented here discusses in particular the consequences of the pandemic for academic exchange and for German studies as an international subject.
