Internet en el contexto de la comunicación multimedia: Un instrumento para el desarrollo científico en educación
Abstract
En este artículo, se presenta un conjunto de consideraciones de índole teórico sobre el impacto de los avances tecnológicos, vinculados a la comunicación multimedia y a las redes avanzadas, en la actividad humana. Tras un recorrido por distintas teorías con influencia en el desarrollo de conocimientos sobre medios de enseñanza, se apuntan algunas alternativas teóricas actuales (Constructivismo, Aprendizaje Situado y Teoría sociocultural) para la consideración de Internet como instrumento cultural, que permite reconceptualizar los procesos de mediación educativa. Asimismo, se valoran los cambios que produce la aparición de este medio, en el contexto de la cultura digital, sobre los procesos de investigación científica en educación y, como consecuencia, en la enseñanza de éstos.Downloads
