Artificial intelligence, as a reality that has established itself in our lives, is configured as an opportunity that brings with it great benefits but also includes risks and dangers. It has been approached from various approaches, philosophical, legal, medical, ethical, economic and labour-related, despite everything, there is no approach from the perspective and perspective of the management of the safety and health of workers. The birth of this, the lack of a regulated and accepted definition, and its operation will be analyzed. We will also proceed to make an incursion into those devices and programs currently using artificial intelligence in the prevention and management of the safety and health of workers, to conclude with a concise reflection on the impact, not only legal, of artificial intelligence.
