Based on the divergences between labor conflicts and individual social security conflicts and with the support of analytical and comparative methods, this work aims to analyze the institution of preliminary conciliation in individual social security conflicts, whose interposition and processing under the rules of the conciliation procedure established in the labor legislation to elucidate conflicts between workers and employers, mainly due to the constitutional anomie that prevails in the recognition of social security disputes and in the lack of competence and incapacity of the authority that has assumed the task of resolving them, together with the impossibility of compromising social security rights, makes it impossible to enter into a conciliatory agreement in individual social security conflicts in the Mexican legal system.
