Abstract

Reflections are presented on the right to information of company representatives on algorithms, regulated in the recent Real Decreto-Ley 9/2021, of 11 May, in favour of people dedicated to distribution in the field of digital platforms. This is based on the “Acuerdo de la Mesa de Diálogo Social”, adopted on 10 March 2021 between the Government, CC.OO., UGT and CEOE and CEPYME, and takes into account the STS of 25 September 2020 on the employment status of delivery workers. The classic elements of the new right to information are discussed: subjects (sender and receiver) object (time, form and content) and purpose.
