Unless otherwise indicated, all contents of Philologia Hispalensis are distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license. Editorial Universidad de Sevilla publishes all its journals in open access (OA). All content is distributed under a CC-BY-NC-SA license, you can consult the legal text of the license here. 

The journals under the supervision of the Editorial Universidad de Sevilla, hosted in the domains https://editorial.us.es/es/revistas and https://revistascientificas.us.es,  guarantee a secure and permanent archive thanks to the automatic backup of their contents every 24 hours by the university's IT service.   

• All articles published in EUS journals are deposited in the institutional repository, IdUS, whose preservation policy is guaranteed.
• The content will be checked regularly to preserve its integrity, security and durability.
• The content will be transformed into new formats when deemed necessary (based on the same criteria of security and durability).
• Software emulations will be provided, where possible, for access to formats that cannot be migrated.
• Regular backups are made of the entire idUS content, including data and metadata.
