Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to give notice of seven colectionists active in Seville in 1842, through an anonymous artistic guide practically unknown, concluding about the enormous amount of painting collected at these times and the relationship between society and Murillo style followed by the sevillian school of painting during XIXth century.
