Abstract
Hoy en día, las redes sociales y el electronic Word-of-mouth (eWOM) se han convertido en un elemento de vital importancia para la comunicación de los destinos turísticos. Además, cualquier destino, para poder seguir creciendo debe abogar por atraer a turistas de países con alto nivel de gasto y en crecimiento, como es el caso de Corea del Sur. Por ello, este trabajo tiene como objetivo principal analizar las opiniones de los surcoreanos acerca de España, identificando los principales problemas y las opiniones más representativas. Para ello se va a llevar a cabo un análisis de redes sociales (ARS) mediante el método de análisis de contenido. Por su conveniencia se han elegido 4 redes sociales: Eurang, ZZang, Spain Story, Eudiny. Los resultados revelan que España tiene una imagen favorable en general, y sus principales atractivos son el clima, el fútbol y la gastronomía. Sin embargo, también existen ciertos aspectos negativos, entre ellos la inseguridad y el idioma. Finalmente, y desde el punto de vista de la gestión y promoción del destino turístico, esta investigación ayudará a las instituciones turísticas a adaptar la oferta en aras a la atracción de un mayor número de turistas.
