Abstract

Este precepto recoge la posibilidad que poseen determinados sujetos de establecer, por medio de acuerdos, determinadas excepciones referidas por un lado a la regla general de la legislación aplicable, y por otro a las reglas especiales que se establecen respecto a la regla general, en beneficio de determinadas personas.
