ABSTRACT
The original edition of N.S.Trubetzkoy’s "Phonological Principles" was to become a milestone in the Phonological research of its time. Many of his proposals are still currently valid. Nevertheless, the conditions of the publication were not the most suitable ones: the text follows certain formal guidelines that make difficult the handling of the work, like the bibliography inserted in the text itself or the lack of a regular quoting system. The necessary critical edition still pending, we include a complete bibliographical index where all the absent information from the original version has been added.
