Abstract

It is analyzed in a general way the content of the Agreements between the Spanish State and different religious entities in our country like the Catho- lic Church and some Evangelical, Jewish and Islamic entities. The signature of these Agreements with the representatives of the above mentioned minorities represents an authentic novelty in the field of the Spanish Ecclesiastical Law.
