Abstract

Between 1806 and 1860 it was done in the prioral church of El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, a series of Neoclassical alterations which tried its total renovation, included to move its choir from the nave to the head of the temple. At the end only its presbitery was extended, a tabernacle was built in it and several decorative and restorer tasks were added to that which they are analysed here too.
