Abstract

This paper discloses a surprising data on the creativity of Francisco Pacheco, specifi cally a sculpture of San Juan Evangelista for the convent of the Concepción Carmona. This work contradicts their ideas against the artistic intruded by sculptors in the art of painting and vice versa.
