Resumen
La inmigración supone un importante desafío a las sociedades de acogida, que no deben conformarse con recibir a los recién llegados, sino implicarse activamente en procesos de acomodación reciproca. Para ello urge diseñar modelos de gestión que respondan a los autodiagnósticos y a los compromisos prácticos de todos los actores sociales, mediante procesos de comunicación participativa donde se verifiquen hibridaciones culturales.
