Abstract

Some of the modalities and/or features of atypical employment indicated by the International Labor Organization are still present in the Spanish labor legal system. The new hiring system born from the 2022 labor reform has not faced it with the seriousness and Depth it should. There are fringes not signed or included in the regulation that open the possibility of producing totally or partially atipical labor relations.
