Moved Pensioners in the EU territory. A revision of the legal mechanisms to save the poverty abyss

The study that is presented below has as its main objective to carry out a re-reading of the economic support measures articulated by the Spanish legal system regarding the elderly who have made use of the right to freedom of movement and establishment in the community territory. Through this still photo, we intend to reflect on its suitability when what is sought is a dignified old age regardless of the country of origin of the applicant.
