Abstract

This collective work is limited to a grant obtained by the Equality Unit of the University of Malaga for the development of activities in the field of gender equality. Thanks to this grant, the “1st International Seminar on gender and disadvantaged groups: discrimination in employment, the use of digital algorithms and artificial intelligence” was held last September 2021. After its success and the brilliant reflections of the speakers, communicators and participants, it was considered appropriate to produce a collective work, which is also included in the recently awarded Research Project of the University of Málaga for projects directed by young researchers called: “Legal Tech in the field of labour relations and the use of digital algorithms: first approaches” directed by Lecturer Lucía Aragüez Valenzuela.
