CRITICAL SOCIAL WELFARE LEGISLATION FOR NON COMMUNITY IN ITALY

By the examination of Italian and Community legislation, and the judgments of the various Courts, we will try to locate - even if not exhaustively and definitively - the criticalities of the same legislation in the matter of social assistance for non-EU present in the Italian territory and propose reforms that are actually capable of structurally affecting the current social protection system that currently excludes a part of the population and, specifically, the poor foreign population.
