BRAZILIAN LABORAL LEGAL OVERVIEW IN COPING WITH THE PANDEMIC CAUSED BY COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS DISEASE)

In the last three months. the country dived into a pubic health crisis never seen in modern History. Since the first death notification by covid - 19, or the desease of corona virus (sars-cov-2). registred on March 17th, 2020, until june 2nd 202, that is, less than three months, the country have summed more than 31 thousand casualities. this sad mark made brazil match to three countries that had more casualities because of the overwhelming infection caused by the virus, to know, Italy, United Kingdom and United States. Considering this scenario as fightening as challenging, this article intend, with quite objective lines, introducing a legal overview regarding at work relations, in special, telework, or remote work and distance work, bringing the main legal measuresalready adopted in the period, as well as the emergencial measures created for jobs and income protecting.
