PLATERÍA RENACENTISTA SEVILLANA EN LA PROVINCIA DE BADAJOZ

Abstract

When we have a ]ook at the panorame of the silverwork in the province of Badajoz, during the sixteen century, we have to consider the main position of the sevillian silversmiths Working in this area, which produced pieces of a hight quality. Among them we have to mention the Ballesteros' family and Francisco de Alfaro. So we collect in this paper severa! pieces and documents from sevillian origin, making of complete study of them.
