ARCHITECT SANTIAGO DE LA LLOSA’S PROFESIONAL PARTICIPATION IN THE PARISCHES OF TREBUJENA AND EL GASTOR

Abstract

This article provides new information about the Master Architect of the Archbishopric of Seville, Santiago de la Llosa, whose career has not been very well-known so far and who developed his mastery between the last decade of the XVIIIth century and the fi rst decades of the XIXth century. Along with this, there are also references to participations of some more famous architects, Antonio de Figueroa, Jose de Alvarez and Fernando de Rosales in the parishes of Trebujena and El Gastor.
