LA RESTAURACIÓN DEL RETABLO DE SANTA BÁRBARA DE LA CATEDRAL DE MÁLAGA

Abstract

Within the campaign of interventions staged by the Dirección General de Bienes Culturales de la Consejería de Cultura de la Junta de Andalucía, during 1995-96. The restauration of the Altar piece of Saint Barbara, from the Chapel with the same name in the Cathedral of Malaga, was accomplished. We will discuss the result of the said restauration in this article to comply with the last goal of any action taken upon our historic patrimony; to inform about it by publishing its result.
