The documentation notice the house was sold by Pineda family to Catalina de Ribera in 1496th, thirteen years after the date known up the day. Is not through that the price of the house was used to pay for the freedon of the old owner. Also it made a urbanistic-historic study over the place and surroundings of the palace.
