While the Iberian Peninsula was under Muslim power, a series of women rose up in Al-Andalus who, with their poems, broke the molds of the society of the time. This work tries to analyze the figures of these "libertine poets" through their texts that show the freedom they enjoyed and how they were represented within their own society.
