WOMEN AND THE LABOR MARKET IN MOROCCO AND SPAIN; SOME STATISTICS FOR REFLECTION

Adherence to international treaties relating to the principle of equity have not been translated into effective parity in the labor market in Morocco and Spain. Official statistics for 2012 show that the labor gap, with different profiles in each country, between men and women continues to be a reality despite the fact that the Constitutions of both States establish gender equality.
